Nolan said "We've got Kristian and Kane in because we thought we could have a lethal front four. We want all of them to be putting pressure on each other to get goals and games.
"We've got different players up there. With the quality of players we've got in, it ups Lewis's game and we knew the quality of player he was already.
"They'll all get chances and it's about them taking those chances. It's great to have them all on the pitch.
"Kristian and Kane have missed a bit of training. They've got great attitudes and see that camaraderie coming into the team."
