“Last season, when we had 15,000 in against Cambridge, we didn’t have a good enough team to take advantage of it,” he said.
“But the atmosphere in the place was electric. With this group of boys, they will feed off it and spur us on to back to back wins.
“If people come back and see some of the football we play, they might think ‘oh that’s good to watch’. You can get that reaction.
“Nottingham is a fantastic sporting city especially when you come over the bridge and see the three grounds next to each other.
“It will be great for people who love sport to come and support a team from here and really get behind them.”
