Jon Stead hopes Notts will be a different team in two more weeks

"I've tried to encourage people to work harder. I've encouraged everyone to take ownership of the things that haven't been going well.

"As a group, we have to take responsibility and work as hard as we possibly can to improve things.

"In the last few weeks we've done that. Hopefully, in two more weeks, we'll see a very different Notts team.

"The only time when I've seen heads drop was when things were going bad on the pitch.

"That does worry me. From Monday to Friday in training, everyone is willing to work.

"The manager won't accept anything less. Everything is done at 100 percent. You train hard during the week because Saturday is when you enjoy it.

"Monday to Friday, that's for grafting. We're doing that.
