Warner said: “I’m really looking forward to getting more men’s football under my belt, and I’m so grateful to Notts for giving me the chance to do that here.
I’m going to be working alongside top players in training and I see that as an amazing opportunity to learn every day. I’m looking forward to getting to know all the lads this week.
“I’m physical, aggressive, strong and I’d like to say I’m very quick - but I’ll let the fans judge for themselves! From a young age, I’ve always enjoyed making tackles and blocks – and I see that as my job. But in today’s game, and at this club, defenders also have to be good on the ball and I back myself in that sense, too.
“The experience I’ve had with Norwich will have helped prepare me for playing in front of the supporters here. I had some nice comments from Norwich fans about my performances but I have to take that in my stride and try to earn that sort of praise every week now.”
