As we revealed on NCM on Friday evening, Notts are keen to bring the Welshman to Meadow Lane, and today Billy Dearden has confirmed his interest in the player.

"He is a player we have looked at, we are interested in bringing him to the club," Dearden told the Evening Post.

"We have spoken to Chris and we are one of a number of clubs to make him an offer.

"Hopefully he will decide that he wants to come to Meadow Lane."
Added Dearden.

However, the wide man does have offers from elsewhere, with Division Two newboys Wrexham and his home town club Swansea City fighting for his signature.

"I hope a move will be sorted out in the next few days," said Llewellyn

"It is basically a choice between Wrexham, Notts County and Swansea.

"It is difficult to say where it will be to be honest.

"I have said throughout my career that I want to play at the highest possible level.

"And Notts and Wrexham are obviously both in the Second Division.

"But Swansea are also my hometown club and it would obviously be a very tough decision to turn them down.

"The three offers are all very similar, financially speaking, I will make a decision in the near future."
