The coach is widely regarded as part of the furniture at Meadow Lane, but Saturday will end his six year spell at the club.
Brazil told the Official site: "I am sad to be leaving, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Notts County Football Club and I would like to wish the club all the best for the future."

Their manager, Dave Penney, was delighted with the appointment of Brazil.
He told Doncaster's official website: "He is an experienced pro who can enhance our youth policy after a great career in football both as a player and a manager."
Brazil first took over as Caretaker manager in the 99/00 season after previously being assistant to Sam Allardyce, who left to take over at Bolton Wanderers. After having a decent start to his reign, however, it then went a bit downhill with Notts finishing the season in 8th place, when promotion had looked on the cards.
After that, Brazil switched roles more times then Mikael Antoine-Curier switches clubs. First, he was assistant to Scottsman Jocky Scott, before being handed the managerial role on a permanent basis after Scott's contract was terminated by the club.
His second stint as manager, however, was nothing short of disasterous. His reign lasted 20 games, with Notts winning just 4 of them, before Brazil was demoted back to his assistant role to make-way for Billy Dearden.
He juggled that with running the COE and Youth Side's before Dearden brought in Steve Parkin as his assistant and, then, Gary Mills took over as first team boss and preferred John Gaunt as his right-hand-man.
Despite being remembered as a pretty poor manager, Brazil is a loyal and honest man whose record at Youth Level is unquestioned. Under his guidance, the youngsters picked up the FA Midlands Youth Trophy for the second season running recently.
We wish Gary all the best.
