Best Away Fans 2002/2003 Season - Result

The visitors travelled up in numbers for the final match of last season, with around 2,500 to 3,000 Cheltenham fans in The Kop Stand, cheering on their side for one final push and hoping to avoid relegation back to Division Three.

However, it wasn't to be as Danny Allsopp's goal sent Cheltenham down to the Third Division, but the travelling army of Cheltenham Town supporters could leave Meadow Lane with their heads held high knowing they were a credit to their club.

They recieved 44.3% of the votes in the poll.

In second place was Mansfield with 14.3%, and in third place was Huddersfield Town with 11.4%.

The rest of the votes saw Plymouth Argyle with 8.6%, Cardiff received 7.1%, Barnsley and Crewe both picked up 5.7% and finally Chesterfield with 2.9%.
