Temper, temper!
As Sir Gary continues to build up his squad for the new season with two new signings announced on Monday with Mills opting to find players with battling qualities, something which, of course, is what the Third Division is all about. Chris Palmer, Mike Whitlow, Matthew Gill aren’t afraid to put a boot when needed. The Gaffer continues this trend by buying a French Defender/Midfielder.

And the coup of Julian Baudet, a 25-year old, 6 foot 3 giant of a man who answers to the call of "Psycho", will certainly give Notts fans much encouragement for it was in the days of Gary Owers/Phil Robinson since such a player was sighted in black and white at the 'Lane. So, we certainly understand he is more than capable of putting himself about.

In his short career of 48 appearances, he has had 9 yellow cards and 4 red. Hopefully Millsy will be able to control that temperament. In that time he has scored 3 goals (all for Oldham)

Julian started his career in France, playing for top-league side Toulouse. He played 21 games there before signing for Oldham on a free transfer in 2001. He made 40 starts there a two-season spell before Ronnie Moore picked him up on a free transfer. He then started eight games, being sent off in just one - not bad going.

Here are a few descriptions from a Rotherham fan: "Baudet is an absolute donkey. I think he could prove to be a decent 3rd division centre half but if you try and play him anywhere but there then he'd be found wanting in the Ryman League. God knows how he stepped up a division after us but it didn't take Rotherham long to realise they'd signed a duffer."

Well everyone is entitled to their own opinion and we shall see if he is such a "psycho" or a "donkey".
