Storrie & Scardino - A Summary

Scardino...

Scardino will be asked to resign ( by Pavis ) tomorrow. If he refuses, he
is likely to be voted out by the board in a hastily arranged EGM. He has
already been given a vote of "no confidence".

Talks are ongoing with mysterious potential new owner(s). Pavis has spoken
at length to him/them by phone, but they will meet face-to-face for further
talks tomorrow.

... Or Pavis?

There is a board meeting on Wednesday morning. If no serious
progress has been made with the potential new owner(s) by then, Pavis will
put it to the vote, and the board will vote to bring in the administrators.
In this case, a public announcement would be made on Thursday.
