(6 Average)

Steven Mildenhall- 6, I can't recall him having a save to make. Still shaky at crosses at times, flapped at a few in the first half.

Steve Jenkins- 7, One of his best games of the season. Had a part to play in the first goal and linked up with Baldry well all game. Still needs to work on his crossing for when he actually gets to the byline.

Nicky Fenton- 6, Defence had very little to do today, but Brentford should have scored twice when they were left completly unmarked from crosses. Could've had a goal himself but his effort went narrowly over the bar.

Tony Barras- 6, Like Fenton, had little to do, but when he did marking left a lot to be desired. Should have scored when he had a free header in the second period. I'm Dreading watching him struggle on Wednesday night.

Ian Richardson- 6, Taken off on 49 minutes and obviously wasn't 100%. Didn't really show it though and he played a competent game. Never lets the club down.

Simon Baldry- 8, Outstanding game from Baldrick. Really proved Billy wrong for leaving him out in the last two games. Set up both goals and was a menace all afternoon. Should have scored a couple himelf.

Darren Caskey- 9, Star Man. Sorry to give him star man for 3 games in a row, but he really does deserve it. Ran the game completely and totally deserved his goal, which was outstanding. In the form of his Notts career, as he heads to Stamford Bridge.

Ian Baraclough- 7, Slightly better than usual. Got the chance to get forward and create more and linked well with Riley first half.

Paul Riley- 5, Strangely out of sorts. Was brought back down to Earth with a bang, but it'll be a good learning curve for him. Gave the ball away frequently, but credit to the fans who, for once, didn't get on his back. Still deserves to start on Wednesday.

Clive Platt- 9, His best game in a Notts shirt. Was marked by two players all game but still managed to win everything in the air. Scored his third goal of the season, which means he's now Notts' second top scorer and many people wouldn't have bet on that 5 games into the season. Slowly winning the fans over.

Paul Heffernan- 7, Not one of his best days in front of goal. Could, and perhaps should, have scored a hat-trick. Most of his chances were self created though and did look lively. This season could really be the season where he makes a big impact on the Division.

Kevin Nicholson- 6, Never fills me with confidence, but in fairness stopped a certain goal (as certain as you can be with Brentford) at the end.
