(6 average)

Steven Mildenhall- 7, Hardly put a foot wrong and made one outstanding stop in the first half from DeBolla. What a great 'keeper he is.

Steve Jenkins- 7, Probably his best performance as yet. Got forward well and did very little wrong defensively. Was part of a solid looking back four.

Danny Livesey- 8, Will undoubtedly be one to say "He played for us" as the lad looks an outstanding prospect. Solid in the air and tackled solidly, who would have thought Nicky Fenton would have been on the bench at the start of the season.

Tony Barras- 8, What a signing he is. Just the kind of centre back you need in this league. Caleb Folan, who was a constant menace at Meadow Lane last season was totally anonomous faced with this man.

Ian Richardson- 7, Solid as ever. The back four in general was excellent. Richo made a few vital interceptions and was excellent, even though left back isn't his position.

Paul Bolland- 8, Star Man. Took his goal well and had an outstanding game. Played on the right of midfield which isn't his position, but you would never of guessed. Pace, passing ability, tackling back and ofcourse the goal, this performance had everything.

Darren Caskey- 5, Was the only dissapointment. Struggled to get into the game and wasted the majority of our 9 corners. Still he's played worse, it just appeared the game passed him by.

Ian Baraclough- 7, Moved back inside and he clearly is more at home there. Did his job effectively, sitting in front of the back four. Definetly made his contribution to the win.

Simon Baldry- 7, Switched wings for this game but still showed some excellent signs. Missed a sitter in the first half but made up for it with some excellent runs down the left in the second.

Clive Platt- 6, Work rate, again, couldn't be faulted and once again caused problems for Chesterfield's defence but when put through on goal in the first half appeared unsure of what to do. First touch was poor.

Mark Stallard- 8 Stall played his best game of the season so far. Worked hard for the team and claimed a excellent assist for the goal. This was typical of Stall's afternoon in which he created the majority of Notts' chances.
