(6 average)

Steven Mildenhall- 7, Made some decent saves and was getting increasingly frustrated with his defenders failure to respond to his calls.
Hard to blame him for the goal.

Paul Bolland- 7, Tenacious as ever, but looked far more comfartable when moved into a holding central midfield role.

Danny Livesey- 6, A solid debut. Went about his business quietly but effectively. Looks to have maturity beyond his tender years.

Tony Barras- 9, Star man. An outstanding display capped off by a quite brilliant goal. Marshelled the defence brilliantly and played the game of his life (although i've only seem him play about 6 times!)

Ian Richardson- 7, Commited as ever. Cares so much for the club and it shows in his performances. Looked a threat on set pieces.

Simon Baldry- 7, Showed some good skills and has been an outstanding signing. Didn't fade like he has done in previous games. Possibly his best performance so far.

Shane McFaul- 5, Had a brilliant first 15 minutes but then was barely noticeable. He did similair against Peterborough and appeared to be singled out for special 'treatment' from the Luton players.

Darren Caskey- 8, Had his best game in a long while. Passing was excellent, but we all knew he could pass, but his last ditch saving tackle to save a certain goal scoring oppurtunity summed up the fighting spirit of the Notts players.

Ian Baraclough- 5, Had a real stinker in my opinion. Gave the ball away in possesion easily and crossing was weak. Should not be played as a left midfielder.

Clive Platt- 7, Opinion was very much divided on him where I was sitting but I thought he had a good game. Works very hard for the team. Appears to be relied upon to do everything.

Paul Heffernan- 6, Ran at players well but drifted in and out of the game. Had a half chance towards the end to win it.

Sub

Mark Stallard (On 77 McFaul)- 6, Creative as ever and should Notts survive, will surely walk straight back into the side.
