The duo have stepped down with immediate effect.

Their departure comes just five days after Chairman of the Supporters Trust Keri Usherwood also left his post.

Wilkinson...Manager of 82/83 resigns along with Chiarman Jeff Moore
In a torrid day for the club, Wilkinson resigned just hours after Chairman announced he would quit the Magpies.

The pair sadly say goodbye to the club they have served so well, with the footballing interests of the club firmly in mind.

Notts today launched a new five year plan that could seem the transformed into a Championship club by 2012.

The bright idea is a vision that could see £5 million invested to convert the fortunes of the club that just 18 months nearly faced relegation from the Football League.

It is on the back of this positive news, that Moore made his decision, insisting he could not afford to be part of the clubs bright future.

He admitted he does not have the time to dedicate to this demanding role.

Notts must now await a successor with the board and shareholders due to elect.

But as always NCM thank both Wilkinson and Moore for their efforts at the club and wish them all the best for the future.
