White returns

After having been the prime target of the Meadow Lane boo-boys, White was shipped out on loan to Conference National side Kidderminster following their relegation from the Football League last season.

Having failed to score for the Magpies since November, White (pictured right) managed a respectable a respectable return of one goal in five starts at Aggborough, a record similar to his two goals in ten starts at Meadow Lane this season.

His contributions whilst on-loan there – a move which he admits was more of a confidence boost than anything else – has helped move the Harriers to six points, sustaining their place in mid-table.

Kidderminster boss Mark Yeates had been keen to extend the loan of the former Mansfield targetman, but Magpies boss Gudjon Thordarson is keen to bolster his somewhat limited striking options.

White returned to training today and is expected to feature tonight at Central Midlands Supreme league side, Radford FC in a game arranged to give the club’s out-of-favour senior players a run-out.

The match kicks off at 7pm at Berridge Road, the home of Radford FC.
