Where Should Notts finish up next season?

With Notts County's poor season will they be able to carry on with their good run of results and overturn last seasons position or will it be another scrap at the bottom for the Magpies?

Paul Heffernan - great youngster
Paul Heffernan (shown on the left) along with
Danny Allsopp - Notts Countys great striker
his striking partner Danny Allsopp (shown on the right) turned our season around with 37 goals between them. If these two strikers can play as they did towards the end of last season combining beautifully to score almost every game, Paul Heffernan with his fearless attitude as he is so young and skilful scoring 8 league goals and Danny Allsopp with his great strikers finish scoring 29 league goals,Notts could be in with a fighting chance of challenging for the play-offs . If not for these two players peak in form the oldest league club in history would have found themselves playing third division football not second.

Billy Dearden - Notts County's saviour
It seems that, along with these strikers, Billy Deaden has made a dramatic change in the squads attitude and game as it showed when he took us through the relegation battle leaving us sailing on calm waters for yet another year. Although Billy was succeeding at Mansfield it seems that he made the right choice in choosing the magpies as his team. Although he won his first game in charge this followed by a 10 game winning drought, which caused many to question his move away from highflying Mansfield town. This 10 game losing streak left Billy’s side only 1 place above the bottom spot. This followed a mighty revival from the club with 7 wins in our last 10 games to leave us 2 places above the drop.

With this I conclude that the strength up front combined with the managers
Notts County Badge
ability to produce the best in our players we should, all going well, in the top
half of the table.
