What the Managers have to say...

MK Dons boss Martin Allen has praised his side's battling 0-0 draw away at Hereford at the weekend.

Allen...Pleased with Dons fight

Failure to win saw the Dons drop out of the third automatic promotion place, but Manager Allen admits his team showed courage to earn a point when earlier this season they may have lost the game.

He told the BBC: "At times away from home we have been weak-minded and weak-hearted but the players stood up to the challenge Hereford presented."

When one defeat comes along, it can sometimes lead to many more and that seems to be the case for Darlington who after going on a run of fourteen without defeat, have lost two on the bounce following their 2-1 loss to Barnet at Underhill.

Manager Dave Penny has blamed poor refereeing for his teams against the odds defeat.

The match official ruled out a goal from Quaker's defender Mark Philips for offside. A decision that Penny believes cost them the game.

"I'm frustrated because we had a perfectly good goal disallowed at the end."

Dropped points leaves Darlington ninth in the table and three point form seventh place play-off spot.

Carey...Looking for killer instinct
Brian Carey of Wrexham has demanded his side become more ruthless if they have any chance of beating the drop.

Despite moving out of the bottom with a 0-0 draw with Mansfield, the Red Dragons performance was far from impressive.

Carey said: "We've got to take positives out of the clean sheet, but we were just missing a final touch and that killer instinct."

Swindon Town's Paul Sturrock has again praised his players for their win over Shrewsbury Town.

A 2-1 win for the Robin's at the County Ground moved them up third in the division and it was paired with a performance that delighted Sturrock not least because of the form of their opponents.

He said: "Shrewsbury are a well organised side," he said. "We could have been 2-0 down at the break but I was delighted with the response after the break."

Swindon will be looking to gun down a second place finish in the table as they plan an immediate return to League One football come May.
