"It was the same scenario as Oxford," he said.
"The whole team dropped down when it went 2-1 then it could be six or seven just like it was against Oxford.
"Nothing is wrong going forward, but then out of nothing they go and score."
"It was something we had warned of before the game, but people are not listening.
"We are not aggressive enough. It looks very awful at the moment.
"We are aware of that and it's my task to stay calm and analyse the problems.
"I've got to give the players help. We need results and consistency."
