The Two parties have been in meetings with the club yesterday and most of today as the Magpies look to avoid administration.
A statement released by the club read: "
In both cases they would require the acquisition of 90% of the share holding in the company which would effectively mean buying out both (current chairman) Derek Pavis and (director) Albert Scardino's interest in the company." The club hope to make a further announcement within the next 48 hours.
