The striker has been touted as a bright young talent for a few seasons now and his summer move to MK Dons could finally bring the best from him.

Signed from Wolves on a two-year deal, Paul Ince assumes the role of developing his vast potential.

And, the former Manchester United trainee is fast becoming known as the Dons i
Johnson...Impact man
mpact man.

He has come off the bench three times this campaign to inject yet more life into an already creative Dons side.

And Saturday was no different.

Up steps Johnson to the sideline followed by a goal and an assist that put opponents Brentford frimly to bed.

Tricky runs and timed passes are his valuable attributes.

Spells at Preston and Leeds have failed to bring the best from him having scored no more than three goals at any senior club.

But, with Ince insistent on using his bright talent late on, it is bringing its rewards.

Born in New Jersey, US and already enjoyed spells with no fewer than six football leauge clubs, he is well travelled to say the least.

But it is time to settle down.

After an explosive start to the season, lets hope we haven't heard the last from this clearly talented front man.

His positioning and great link up play are a joy to watch.

After a tough couple of seasons, it is 'time to deliver'.
