Kevin Nolan said “I thought Matty Virtue was very unfortunate because in every game he plays he usually gets a chance,
“He didn’t get one on Saturday, but I was delighted for him because I thought he played very well.
“He is not a right winger, but he played the position really well.
“He’s got a bit of Jorge about him in that he will get good opportunities. And I must say Jorgie looked back to his old self in that he did lots of hard work off the ball.
“But Matty was fantastic all game and so was Jorge.”
