The 27-year old winger and former-QPR man’s performance impressed Mills no-end during the friendly and the gaffer will now mull over whether or not to bring Scully to Meadow Lane on a more permanent basis.

Scully [pictured] has become County’s latest find in the local non-league scene after Mills vowed to search for talent at grassroots level – his findings coming in the forms of Steve Scoffham (Gedling Town) and now, Scully.

Mills told the club’s official web-site: ‘Tony did excellent, all things considered. He could earn himself a contract here, but we will see. It's a possibility.’
