Magpies main concern will, no doubt, be that of Frenchman Julien Baudet who is still dogged by an injury to his calf that has undoubtedly restricted his playing opportunities. Baudet, signed by Mills in the summer, will face training today and hopefully manage to make the team come three ‘o clock.Newly-appointed Ian Richardson – still a couple weeks from return himself – will be without left-back, Rob Ullathorne for the match after going off in the Nene Park massacre last weekend. He missed out on training yesterday and will fail to turn out this afternoon.
Meanwhile, Mike Edwards and Steve Scoffham (injury) and young striker, Shaun Harrad (suspended) will definitely miss out.
