Gary Mills could reinstate new signing Stefan Oakes at the heart of the Magpies midfield after he was forced to sit out of Saturday’s 3-2 win over fellow strugglers, Brentford due to illness.
But with Mills’ men putting in sound performances on Saturday, Oakes may well have to be content for a place on the bench as County look to continue their revival.
Meanwhile, Simon Baldry remains fit to play after he came out of Saturday’s game with no injury worries and should be on show tonight.
