Accrington Stanley will have Jimmy Ryan available for selection following his return from international duty with the Republic of Ireland under-21s.
Also available is fellow midfielder, Rostyn Griffiths, who arrived on-loan from Blackburn Rovers earlier in the week.
Stanley will be without former-Magpie, Leam Richardson, after he picked up a groin injury that will rule him out for six-weeks.
Joining him on the sidelines is goalkeeper, Ian Dunbavin because of a gashed knee sustained in the Johnstone's Paint trophy clash with Tranmere Rovers.
The only fit stoppers for the home side are Kenny Arthur and goalkeeper coach, Jamie Speare.
Accrington had set their sights on bringing in a striker on-loan, but nothing has materialised in time for tomorrow's match.
Notts County could welcome back Gavin Strachan to the squad, with the midfielder returning to full-training last week.
If he features at all, he is likely to take up a spot on the bench, meaning that
Neil Mackenzie could drop out of the reckoning altogether.
Michael Johnson has been cleared for County, coming through a couple of knocks that caused him to be withdrawn against Bournemouth last weekend.
Adam Tann will quite possibly drop to the bench again, to make way for Johnson, who was impeccable for most of the Cherries' clash.
In goal, Russell Hoult looks set to retain his place, with Kevin Pilkington taking up a seat on the substitutes' bench.
Stephen Hunt (groin) and Adam Nowland (hamstring) are still out until at least October.
