Like before, this is based on Dearden's word and that alone.

Stallard- Won't feature this evening
After confirming Nicky Fenton was definetly OUT of Saturday's clash for Stockport, Fenton then took his place IN the starting line-up and completed 90 minutes.

So, who knows what surprises Billy will spring on us.

If he is to be believed, Mark Stallard is definetly out of tonight's clash at Grimsby Town, with a hamstring injury.

Stallard's been suffering with the problem for a few weeks now, as Dearden explains.

"I don't think Stall is going to be back," Dearden told the Evening Post. "He has had a bit of a hamstring problem for a few weeks now.

"He played with it during the game against Bournemouth, we took a chance on him. But it hasn't really done us any favours."

Good news for The Magpies though is that Ian Richardson and Paul Riley may well be back in the squad.

Riley has returned to training after having hamstring trouble, which kept him out of Saturday's tie at Stockport.

Richardson is still 50/50 and may not be risked.

This could depend on the fitness of Tony Barras, who is Notts' only other doubt, although he is expected to be okay.

Notts (probable): Mildenhall, Fenton, Barras, Livesey, Jenkins, Bolland, Brough, Baraclough, Caskey, Heffernan, Platt.

Subs (from): Garden, Nicholson, McFaul, Richardson, Riley, Baldry, Hackworth.
