Notts County have this week welcomed back influential midfielder, Gavin Strachan to full-training, but he will unfortunately miss out because he is not yet prepared for action.

Stephen Hunt remains on the treatment table with a groin injury, but is expected to join Strachan and the rest of his team-mates in around a month's time.

Adam Nowland is expected back around the same time, after being laid off for six-weeks with a hamstring tear.

The only other casualty is Adam Tann, who was stretchered off on Tuesday when he took a knock to the head.

Fortunately it was nothing too serious and he should be fit enough to take a place on the bench.

Joining him will be Russell Hoult, who will make way for Kevin Pilkington in goal.

Jamie Forrester will also return, following his recovery from an illness that caused him to miss the Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat against Scunthorpe.

Sean Canham and Ben Fairclough are likely to be named as substitutes, with Myles Weston being restored to the starting line-up.

Meadow Lane tomorrow.

Craig Lindfield, who spent a brief spell with Notts on loan last season, is set to miss out with a hamstring injury that will keep him out of action for a couple of weeks.

Fellow striker, Alan Connell will join him on the sidelines because of a knee problem picked up in his first training session with the club.

Surgery on the injury means that he will be missing for up to eight weeks - a severe blow to Bournemouth.

Scott Guyett (hamstring) and Ryan Garry (groin) are also ruled out.

New manager, Jimmy Quinn is likely to name a similar line-up to the one that overcame Bristol Rovers 3-0 on Tuesday night.
