Stallard has been in impressive form this season following injury which kept him out of the team for most of last season, where he hit just 5 goals.

This season he has looked back to his best, and with 14 goals already he will be looking for beat his personal best of goals in a season, which was 23 back in 2000-2001.

Fans favourite Stallard was signed by Sam Allardyce near the end of the 1998-1999 season for a fee of around £15,000, which has turned out to be a real bargin.

Since his arrival he has hit 60 goals for Notts, and recently hit his 50th league goal for The Magpies at Wigan. During his time at Wycombe he made 81 appearances, and scored 25 goals before his move to Meadow Lane.

Meanwhile, Wycombe will have a former Magpie in their squad, Michael Simpson, who progressed through the youth ranks before departing for Wycombe back in 1996.
