Sheridan insists 'We need to get back to winning ways'

“League two is very tight and people were saying 'we are doing this' and 'we are going to do that' only a week or two ago," said Sheridan.

"We were on a good little run. But I do not get carried away because I know what this game is like. Accrington was a kick up the backside.

"You have to be on your toes because you don't know what is going to happen in this division, in any game. But I want us to respond with a good performance and a positive result, hopefully, against Cheltenham.

"We have good enough players to make this place a fortress and we are not doing that. We have to put our hands up and say that it has not been good enough.

"We need to get a grip of ourselves at home. We need to get back to winning ways at Cheltenham."
