Albert Scardino has taken over and Derek Pavis, now the former chairman and his wife Vivien Pavis the director have now both resigned from the Notts County board.

There is no more Derek Pavis. Although it his thought that Pavis will be "life president of the club".
Albert Scardino will be more than likely seeking a Chairman for the club, but his position stands as "acting chairman".
