"The celebrations were pretty raucous and it was the fact that, in the tunnel at the start of the game, they (Solihull) were strangely very vocal," said Slocombe.
"There is geeing yourself up and then there is going over the top.
"They kept shouting 'are you ready for it.
"It was to themselves, but it felt slightly strange. I wasn't the only one who felt that.
"But there was also a sense of relief that we actually we put on a pretty good performance in possession and also showed our horrible side in that we were determined and played with grit and character."
