RIP Keith Alexander

Tragic loss of Macclesfield Town manager.

NCM would like to pass our condolences on to the family of Macclesfield Town manager Keith Alexander, who tragically passed away after his side's match at Meadow Lane last night.

Former Lincoln City and Peterborough United boss Alexander was one of the Football League's true characters and played for Notts as a youngster and was born in the city. He suffered a brain aneurysm whilst manager at Sincil Bank and tragically collapsed and passed away after arriving home from last night's game.

Our thoughts are with Keith's family and everyone at Macclesfield Town at this difficult time.
