"The game was stolen from us by the referee," he said. "How can you give such a decision? It was unbelievable.
"It's not even a foul because their player stands up. My players were devastated.
"What can be behind these decisions? The moment I ask for an explanation, they are arrogant.
"Am I ever arrogant? Never. We are all in the same boat. We are here to sell football.
"But I have to accept it."
The manager also focused on the positives "I was so proud of the players and the fans,"
"We were great losers. They (the players) represented Notts County in the best possible way.
"And I now hope we can take this confidence into the league.
"I know against Aston Villa and Huddersfield you are given more space, but we are a footballing team.
"But we scored three very good goals and for the boys I am proud."
