Pipe Agrees To Stay

The popular right-sided player has today agreed to stay at Meadow Lane until the middle of April and will be able to play in all games apart from the final four games of this season as revealed earlier on the Club's Official Website.

And better still, Gary Mills has stated on more than one occasion that he would like to bring Pipe to the club on a permanent deal and the Welsh full- back himself has also revealed on previous occasions that he would love to stay at
Meadow Lane, though this is believed to be largely dependant on what League we'll be playing in next season.

There had been some doubt over whether Pipe would be able to fulfil a third month on loan at Notts after picking up a knock to his knee during Saturday’s turbulent 1-1 draw with local rivals Chesterfield. But it appears that the injury is not as bad as first feared with Gary Mills having the confidence to sign Pipe on a further months loan.

The pacey right-sider has been very popular amongst the Notts faithful and has hugely impressed, regardless of the position he has played in since he came to the club on-loan back in January from Mills’ former club
Coventry City.

The 20-year-old will now play his last game in the hugely anticipated clash on Easter Monday against
Sheffield Wednesday at Meadow Lane, before going back to Division One playoff hopefuls Coventry,

Pipe has started in every game since his arrival at Notts, and I can't remember him having a bad one. The loanee again proved his class on Saturday and one of the Spirites was so frustrated at being constantly made to look foolish by the Welshman that he got himself sent off by headbutting the Notts man.
