Six games, one loss, five draws and no wins - not the most enthralling or optimism boosting start to the campaign, but do any of the prediction panel think that this Saturday's game with Exeter City will be the end of this dire run?
It remains apparent that the Magpies' performances have retained some hopefulness, because not one member of this week's prediction panel believes that Notts will lose.

The_Pie_Man: Notts will finally get their first win at Exeter, with Forrester and Canham getting the goals. If Darlington can beat them comfortably, Exeter are the sort of team we need to be getting three points off. Matt Gill will have his obligatory shocker, and hopefully he'll get sent off, to the delight of the Notts faithful. Prediction: Exeter City 0-2 Notts County
Paul_Youpies: I believe this will be tough game with Exeter just starting to get used to life back in the football league. Notts will have put last week's late goal behind them and start to believe they can win a game, but I don't think Exeter will be the place this happens, and I hate to stay but this will be a another draw. Prediction: Exeter City 1-1 Notts County
Thenottsaregoingup: So once again I will say that we will get our first win here! I think it is worth putting Canham on to start with and if it doesn't work then introduce Facey, but we will see what Charlie does and how it works, so come on you pies! Prediction: Exeter City 1-2 Notts County
Pies4u: Exeter are a bit of an unknown quantity, well, apart from Matty Gill, of course. I've been a bit cautious so far, last week apart, and the lads bombed out again. However, I'm certainly going for the win this time. We need the confidence boost and we have been worth three points in most games to date - make it happen Notts! I think we'll sneak a hard fought game against lively opponents and will need to score twice to win. Forrester and Weston to score. Prediction: Exeter City 1-2 Notts County
Pissedoffmagpie: Following last week's hugely uninspiring performance at the Fraser Eagle Stadium Notts will return to the fast flowing football that has been a joy to watch. This will prove to be the catalyst for the long overdue first win of the season. Prediction: Exeter City 0-3 Notts County
