Allsopp In Action Against Wycombe
Last season's top scorer with 28 goals is highly rated by both Notts and other clubs and will come as no shock to Notts fans that Allsopp has been interesting a number of clubs.

What will come as a shock it that Oldham Athletic made a bid of £100,000 for Allsopp, which is a disgraceful offer. Notts of course turned to offer down first hand, and have today placed a £1 Million price tag on the Aussie, who is Notts' top scorer this season with 6 goals so far. Notts would of course not have recieved the full £100,000 as Notts and Manchester City have an sell on clause with City recieving a percentage of the fee Notts sell him for.

A source told the Nottingham Evening Post;
"After the deal for Cas fell through, Oldham came back and asked how much the club would want for Allsopp," the source said.
Marcel Cas
"They were told that the player was not for sale and that we did not want to see him leave the club.
"They came back with a bid of £100,000 and we were surprised, to say the least.
"Oldham were told that, if they were serious, they would have to add another zero to that figure."

The source also warned away clubs who think they can snap up Notts players on the cheap because the club are £5 Million in debt. Notts will stick to their value of the players, and not let them go in cut price deals.
