Notts County have swooped to seal the signing of full back Carl Regan on a short term loan deal from fellow League One side Bristol Rovers. Experienced campaigner Regan is most comfortable at right back but is able to fill in across the back four and provides cover for Paul Ince's back four. Regan played under Ince at both Macclesfield Town and MK Dons, helping Milton Keynes to lift the League Two title in Ince's first season at the club.
