Notts set for Doncaster test

Notts County begin their Carling Cup campaign tonight with a first round tie against Doncaster Rovers at Meadow Lane. The Magpies will be hoping for a repeat of last season's first round match, when Notts beat Rovers 1-0 at Meadow Lane thanks to a Myles Weston goal deep into extra time. Ian McParland and Sean O'Driscoll are both expected to make wholesale changes from their sides from Saturday, which saw Notts beat Bradford 5-0 and Doncaster gain a 1-1 draw at Watford. The likes of Karl Hawley and Matt Hamshaw will be hoping to feature for the Magpies after missing out at the weekend.

The match kicks off at 7:45pm at Meadow Lane and costs £10 for adults and £5 for all concessions. All areas of the ground are open but the Jimmy Sirrel stand is open for away fans only.
