“I feel this is a great capture for us, as I have seen Chris in action on several occasions and to be honest, he has frightened the life out of me!
“Fair play to Chris, he promised me an answer quickly and true to his word he has done that.
“He wants to play up front and we have had a long chat about what I want from him. He can also play in midfield, having done that for Norwich, but as I say about good players, if he can play, then he can play in several positions and that gives us a little bit more freedom."
