Notts County's reward for beating Bournemouth in the FA Cup Second Round is a home tie against Blue Square Premier side Forest Green Rovers in the third round. Rovers have beaten Mangotsfield United, Mansfield Town and Bath City to reach this stage of the competition. Last season they also got to the third round where they were beaten 4-3 by Derby County in a thrilling tie at the New Lawn.

A date is yet to be confirmed for the tie but a Sunday match is possible with Nottingham Forest also having drawn a home tie, against Birmingham City.
