“The three of us will be on the board.
“I’ll be the chairman, while Richard will have a particularly involved role in connecting Football Radar with Notts County.
“Most of all, we’ll have some involvement ourselves, obviously.
“We want to focus on the football side of things but we think we know some things.
“I am confident that between us we have the knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to drive Notts County forward.
“While Alexander, Richard and I are new to working within a club, we feel the skills and expertise we can bring from other areas of football and business will be very useful.
“Jason, meanwhile, has been at Meadow Lane for a number of years now and has an excellent knowledge of the club’s culture, along with vast experience of football administration.
“We look forward to working with him closely.”
