“His immense technical ability has been apparent from a very young age and following his departure from Chelsea he has continued to demonstrate his capabilities at a very high level and in different environments across Europe.
“We see him as being in a similar mould to Matt Palmer and feel his arrival will give us excellent depth in the midfield area.
