Jordan Sinnott died after he was attacked in an incident at Retford's Market Place in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Notts have confirmed they will be donating a shirt with the words "Sinnott 25" on the back. This will be displayed at his funeral and then given to Sports Relief which is something that his family has asked clubs to do.
A club statement said: "Our thoughts are with Jordan's loved ones at this terribly sad time, and in response to his family's appeal, we'll be sending one of our shirts to be displayed at his funeral."
