Notts bid £200,000 for Lester?

Notts County have upped yesterday's £50,000 bid for Jack Lester according to the ever reliable Daily Star. Chesterfield swiftly rejected the Magpies' opening offer for Lester yesterday and chairman Barrie Hubbard hit out the Magpies "derisory" offer and told us to stop "unsettling" their player.

Despite it's rather dubious reputation the Daily Star has at least got one Notts rumour right this summer after predicting the Ben Davies transfer.
