No Adebola For Notts

Yes, Mills has called it a day on any proposed deal to bring the striker to Notts County after he (Adebola) took too long to accept the offer open to him after speaking to him on numerous occasions.

Mills feels Adebola does not believe he is hungry to play for Notts as he requires every player to show this quality and therefore feels Adebola would not currently fit in with the current set-up at
Meadow Lane.

And after signing Antoine – Curier this week and also having the services of non-league star Steve Scoffham eager to prove his ability in league football, it is no real surprise that Mills decided to end his interest in Adebola.

Mills confirmed this to the Club’s Official Site earlier today: "The deal to bring Dele Adebola here won't be happening sadly. It's one of those things, but I can confirm we won't be signing Dele."

Curier : Wants To Play For Notts
And Mills spoke highly of new signing Mickael Anotine – Curier as a more than able alternative to Adebola by telling the Nottingham Evening Post today; "Personally, I think Mickael will be better than Dele, not least because he is desperate to come here. He wants to play for Notts and, more than that, you can see something in him."

"He gives us another option up front, because he is big and strong. He will go straight into the squad."
