Bilton has previously enjoyed succesful spells coaching at Leeds Utd, Rotherham Utd and Walsall. He was also Head Coach of the England women's National squad.

He brings a wealth of knowledge to Meadow Lane, with expertise in fitness conditioning, coaching both outfield players and goalkeepers and sports psychology.

It appears another positive move by Chief Executive Patrick Nelson, who has worked wonders off-the-field since being appointed almost three months ago.

"John's backround in coaching, youth development and sports science will be a tremendous asset to the Football Club, giving us the oppurtunity to improve all our players' development on a number of fronts," Nelson told the club's official site.

NCM would like to welcome John to Meadow Lane, and hope his spell is a long and enjoyable one.
