A confident 66.7% voted for England to advance to Euro 2008 depsite under-achieving so far in the qualification round.

Following today's 3-0 win over challenging Israel, fans optimism has been lifted with just four qualifying games remaining.

But, o
McClaren...Has support from NCM
ur poll proved that confidence was never actually that low. Instead, Notts fans kept faith in the so called 'golden generation'.

Shaun-Wrigh-Phillips, Michael Owen and Micah Richards scored at Wembley as the three lions boosted their hopes of qualification further.

And NCM at least, see no problem in McClaren's side advancing from the group with just 22.2% predicting a group stage exit.

After defeat to Croatia and draws with Estonia and Isreal in Group E so far, only 14.8% think England can still win the group but more importantly 51.9% beleive England will progress via the play-off's.

Friday's poll will surely be boosted by todays comfortable victory but England still have it all to do with two games against group leaders Russia ahead.

But, with three of the final four games to be played at Wembley, thier destiny remains in their own hands.
