has put pen-to-paper on an 18 month contract with the Harriers after turning down offers from Notts County and a host of other clubs chasing the free-agent’s signature including First Division, Walsall.

The attacking-minded midfield man has been appearing on a non-contract basis with the Magpies recently in an attempt to help resurrect of his career after alcohol-related problems forced his release from Derby County earlier in the season.

Notts County, wish him the best of luck with his new club in the future which, for Murray at least, will certainly be one of real promise.
