The manager said "We still have lots of players in reserve and that's the luxury of the team,
"There is no pressure, it is my job.
"You must play very well and consistently to stay in the team.
"I have no friends here. I have them back at home.
"My job is to make the players better, the club better and that's my focus.
"Everything else, I neutralise. There is a good unity in the dressing room and at the club.
"I respect that."
