Moniz - Never be a coward!

"We were 1-0 up against Oxford, we dominated the game, but the back four gave the ball away," said the County boss.

"The whole team then dropped down because of the disappointment.

"When you concede, you stand up and that's how it should be for every disappointment.

"That's what we did last year. It was our strength. Against Gillingham, Preston and Barnsley at home, we didn't win, but we played well.

"But we lost with a brave chest and you must always lose with a brave chest. That is what I miss.

"But I have to repair it for Saturday. In life, because football is life, you must never be a coward."
