Mills: No new offers for Heff

Heffernan and McGoldrick, arguably Notts' two hottest properties, could leave for peanuts in the summer due to their respective contract regulations.

Heffernan- No new offer
Heffernan- Notts' top scorer this season with 18 goals- is out of contract this summer and is gaining a lot of interest from club's in higher division's. However, he is reported to believe that Notts' offer is as good as any, provided we're still in Division Two next season.

McGoldrick is just 16 and is yet to sign professional terms with the club, meaning Notts wouldn't be entitled to compensation for the club. The young forward is almost certain to leave in the summer, with Everton- as exclusively revealed on NCM last month- leading the race to poach the skillful youngster.

But Mills says they can come to him if they want to sign.

"They know where the door to my office is. That is the situation at the moment," he told the Nottingham Evening Post.

"The ball is in their court. There will be no more offers - it is up to them to come and talk to me.

"In fact there will not be any more contract offers for anyone until the end of the season.

"Our one priority, the important issue for us to address, is avoiding relegation."
